Nthabiseng Kubheka is from Kwa-Mashu, Durban. She matriculated in 2000 from Durban Girls' Secondary ​School. Nthabiseng obtained her Executive Secretarial and Personal Assistant Studies Certificate from ​Varsity College. She also obtained a Project Management Certificate in 2023. Nthabiseng has 14 years of ​administrative experience of which 7 years were spent in the construction sector as an Accounts ​Administrator for Grinaker-LTA Building Construction, 4 years in the Aviation Sector, 2 years as a ​Helicopter Training School Administrator and the rest in the private Sector.

Nthabiseng has two adorable, fun and loving daughters who she loves more than anything in the world. ​During her free time, she enjoys watching movies and sport - cricket being her favourite. She also loves ​spending time with her family during the holidays and being outdoors.
