Candice Charles is from Pietermaritzburg. She obtained her IT Certificate from PC Training and Business ​College. She has over 12 years of work experience in administration, and the majority of those years have ​been in medical administration.

Candice is extremely proficient in organising, filing, billing, credit control, data capturing and has ​experience in working with multiple medical filing and billing systems.

During her free time, Candice is a vocalist and is very involved in her local church. Her interests are music, ​baking, and spending time with her family.
